Per Apostille

Same-day service. This service includes the notarization, facilitation and expedition of your apostille. This is the base fee, contingent upon client’s needs, prices may fluctuate.
Verification
Get your I-9/VIN Form verified in a timely fashion.
Per I-9 Verification Form

This is the base fee, contingent upon client’s needs, prices may fluctuate.
Per Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Notarization
These are base fees, contingent upon client's needs, prices may fluctuate.
Pull Up Notarization
$15
With this service, pull up to the notary’s location and get your document notarized. This is the base fee per stamp. (no additional fees)
Mobile Notarization
$40
This service includes the notary traveling to your preferred location and getting your document notarized. This is the base fee, contingent upon client’s needs, prices may fluctuate.
Estate Planning (Will, POA, Trust)
$75
Non-realty documentation, contingent upon client’s needs, prices may fluctuate.
PLEASE NOTE:
Additional charges may be applicable for immediate or last-minute service requests as well as those that occur outside regular business hours. Moreover, emergency services required over the weekend outside of normal hours will incur extra fees. These charges are dependent on the existing bookings or appointments for that day.
Our acceptable modes of payment include cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Zelle. We regretfully do not accept personal checks. We require partial payments upfront, with the remaining balance due on the service day.
Please note, charges for notarial acts are billed separately from service and/or travel fees.
Given our schedule, we cannot guarantee availability for all immediate or last-minute requests. Therefore, we strongly advise you to schedule any services required on the same day as early as possible.
